RAINBOWS

If I could catch a rainbow
I would do it just for you.
And share with you it's beauty
On the days you're feeling blue.
If I could build a mountain
You could call your very own.
A place to find serenity
A place to be alone.
If I could take your troubles
I would toss them in the sea.
But all these things I'm finding
are impossible for me,
I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair
But let me be...what I know best,
a friend that's always there.

Love starts with a smile, grows with a kiss, and ends with a tear.

Don't cry over anyone who won't cry over you.
Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget.
You can only go as far as you push.
Actions speak louder than words.
The hardest thing to do is watch the one you love, love somebody else.
Don't let the past hold you back; you're missing the good stuff.
Life's short. If you don't look around once in a while, you might miss it.
A best friend is like a four leaf clover: hard to find and lucky to have.
If you think that the world means nothing, think again. You might mean the world to someone else.
When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to look ahead, you can look beside you and your best friend will be there
True friendship never ends.
Friends are forever.
Good friends are like stars....You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.
Don't frown. You never know who is falling in love with your smile.
What do you do when the only person who can make you stop crying is the person who made you cry?
NOBODY IS PERFECT UNTIL YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THEM. (Isn't that the truth?)
Everything is okay in the end. If it's not okay, then it's not the end.
Most people walk in and out of you life. But only friends leave footprints in your heart.
Send this on to everyone special in your life, even the people who really make you mad som

The Day You Will Mate Your Lover

Forever

If you were beside me, i’d stare at you, look deep into your eyes while holding you very tight…And as i look at your face, i’d close my eyes and pray…I’ wish to god…God…I hope he will be forever in me.…

The time

Time is too slow for those who wait;
Too swift for those who fear;
Too long for those who grieve;
Too short for those who rejoice;
But for those who love....time is not.

Love Waits

Love waits!

There is no greater invitation to love,
than loving first.

Obstacles are what you see,
when you take your eyes off the goal.

We accomplish in proportion to what we attempt.

We each need the maturity
to recognize that the things that we share
are far more important
than the disagreements we have.

A man who can smile when things go wrong,
has thought of someone he can blame.

God does not call people as a favor,
but because He has something for them to do.

The perfect love would be one that gives all
and expects nothing in return.
For if one expects nothing,
and asks nothing,
they can never be deceived or disappointed.
It is only when love demands
that it brings on pain.

Thoughts of the Day

www.ghulamsabir.blogspot.comFunny how we can't think of anything to say when we pray, but don't have any difficulty thinking of things to talk about to a friend

Funny how people want God to answer their prayers, but refuse to listen to His counsel

Funny how people think they are going to Heaven but don't think there is a Hell.

Funny how it is okay to blame God for evil and suffering in the world, but it is not necessary to thank Him for what is good and pleasant

Funny how we are so quick to take directions from a total stranger when we are lost, but are hesitant to take God's direction for our lives.

Funny how small our sins seem, but how big 'their' sins are

Funny how when something goes wrong, we cry, 'Lord, why me?' but when something goes right, we think, 'Hey,it must be me!

With Love

Waiting for You...

I am today very young,

I leave still on my spring time,

Trusting in the Good God,

I am waiting for you…

I know that one day you will come,

You will know that I exist

And then we will leave the hope

What Christ reserved us…

I know that He has dedicated you,

With affection, for me,

We will live happily

Together, in a eternal love.

SNO (LEMON SCENT)

This balanced blend of inspiring and relaxing oils can have a gently uplifting effect on the emotions.

Lemon oil is powerfully astringent and antiseptic. Lemon oil is uplifting and cleansing. It replaces negative emotions by creating a cheerful atmosphere of freshness and purity. It can help dispel mental fatigue and psychological heaviness. The aroma of lemon can inspire increased concentration and awareness. A Japanese study suggested that after diffusing lemon oil throughout a busy office building, typing errors decreased by 54%.

Because lemon oil is clarifying and aids the decision-making process, it's called the rational oil. Lemon is associated with the color yellow, with light and warm, penetrating energy. Simply placing a drop or two of lemon on a tissue can produce marvelous results.

FAQ'S

What makes SNO different from other liniment oils?

From the name itself, it is natural! There are no harmful ingredients like camphor and methly salicylate which are banned by the USFDA (see separate literature). SNO uses an oil base which is edible, safe, and natural like Sunflower oil (rich in Vit. A. and Omega 6); Virgin Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, and Olive Oil (called by the ancient Greek as "liquid gold" ).

The herbs and other medicinal plants which are infused using the "cold infusion process" are recognized by the Department of Health and are classified safe (please see separate reading materials).

In the case of SNO, the medicinal plants were carefully selected. Only certain parts of the plant with high potency and are neutralizers were used. It is based on the principle on the "Science of Brain Dominancy and Blood Type Nutrition." That's why the SNO preparation is very effective than those available in the local market today (please read Peter Adamo's books on "Blood Type Nutrition").

Is SNO hot to the skin?

No. SNO is mild. It only uses peppermint that is therapeutically soothing to nerve endings.

Are mild liniment oils less effective?

False! The effectiveness of liniment oil is not measured on how hot or how mild it is to the skin. The potency of the medicinal plants and the minute molecular structure of an oil is scientifically essential.

SNO is compatible to the four blood types. An ion of any liniment oil that is not compatible to the blood ion causes coagulation of the blood; thus it weakens the body system. A weakened system is susceptible to allergies and diseases.

Does SNO relieve pain?

Yes! But it does not mean you don't have to consult a licensed physician. Most pain in the skin and muscles are symptoms because the real cause originate in an internal organ located near the particular area of the skin.

However, the application of SNO at the site of pain can help a lot. Our integumentary system will detect SNO when this applied to a particular body part because it is sensed by the nerve endings.

SNO has anesthetic effect and at the same time stimulates the flow of blood in the "dermis" which have connective tissues and contain many blood vessels, nerve endings and glands. The increase in the supply of blood in the site of pain or even in wound promotes faster recovery and reverse the inflammation as in the case of arthritis and other joint pains.

The nerve fibers in the skin that detect SNO will carry the message from these receptors and enter the spinal cord and ascend to the brain where it is finally interpreted. The brain will then secrete a hormone, a chemical substance that will aid in the healing process and regulate the activities of various body organs. Hormones are also called "chemical messenger".

What is the purpose of placing SNO in the nostrils?

The scent or aroma is therapeutic. That is why in natural medicine, there is what we call "aromatherapy". The aroma is detected by the "olfactory epithelium" of the upper part of the nasal cavity. The olfactory nerve brings the scent to the brain where it is recognized as compatible to us or not, if it is compatible to us, the brain secretes a hormone that re-balances our system.

The healing power lies within. Any scent or aroma that is incompatible to us will weaken the body system. The body's immune system is a strong army ready to fight the invaders: free redicals, bacteria and viruses. Why use a liniment oil with an aroma that weakens your immune system?

Another reason why SNO is placed in the nostril is the fact that if filters carbon monoxide and other free radicals. SNO has active oil and aroma frmo plants which have moving negative ions that shield us from the devastating effects brought about by the inhalation of free radicals and even the damaging cause of radiation.

Free radicals are outside invaders that destroy our cells -- the tissues -- the organs -- and the whole body system.

Let Nature cure you...

Since the birth of our planet, we were already provided with all the essential elements to support our living. Mother Nature has not only provided us with food, shelter and clothing but has also provided us in abundance with all natural remedies to cure illnesses from the most basic ailments such as insect bites to the most complicated diseases such as cancer. During the olden days, our forefathers have concocted different kinds of remedies to cure just about any ailments. They used twigs, vines, roots, leaves, flowers and all other parts of trees and plants to produce herbal remedies. With the advent of civilization and numerous scientific breakthroughs, plants have been studied and used to formulate new drugs.

Unfortunately, most drug manufacturing firms have used this need for treatment towards moneymaking, and because of this, modern scientists have opted to formulate synthetic drugs since they can be reproduced in a shorter period of time and in the comforts of a manufacturing laboratory. Ironically, bacteria and viruses have also replicated and formed more vicious counterparts which have resisted the earlier drugs discovered thereby prompting scientists to create newer generation antibiotics to combat these new strains. Simply put, it's an endless battle between synthetic drugs and new bacterial and viral strains; each outwitting one another. The sad part is, the person harboring the disease has become a guinea pig...a battleground between the two elements, and more often than not, the person only benefits from the effects of the synthetic drug for a short period of time, but eventually succumbs to the ever stronger bacteria or virus. The result is irreversible damage, and even worse, death.

More manufacturing laboratories have continued to study and formulate newer synthetic drugs to combat these complex strains using billions of dollars in research and development while some others, finding no recourse in the ultra-modern medical world, have shifted back to the old course - going back to NATURE. Plants have again been thoroughly studied and slowly but surely, gained back the limelight they have lost for generations of being put in the backseat with the advent of Modern Medicine. Now, they are again in the forefront of battling diseases. The rise in the usage of herbal medications has steadily increased and more people have been educated with the health benefits of our humble plants. More and more, people have become aware of the benefits of traditional medicine. It is less costly, has minimal to zero side effects, and highly effective.

Now more people have started to use herbal remedies to treat illnesses such as cough and colds, rheumatism, allergies, fever, boils and many others. A lot of studies have been geared at formulating herbal medicines that will cure cancer, AIDS and newer strains of viruses. Man has again worked hand in hand with nature to combat these diseases.

So if you are sick, let Nature cure you!
